ACCOUNTING PROGRAMS
We offer several different accounting programs and certificates at RVCC. Whether you're planning on getting some accounting credits to transfer, retooling for a new job, or earning credits for your CPA requirements, we have the right option for you.
Accounting A.A.S.
This 2-year degree is designed to prepare students for entry level accounting positions after RVCC. Be sure to check the tranferability of the upper level classes to your 4-year institution if you are considering transfer. NJTransfer
Accounting Info Systems A.A.S.
This 2-year degree is designed for entry directly into the workforce after RVCC. The degree is geared toward a combination of accounting and in-depth computer and program knowledge. Be sure to check the tranferability of the upper level classes to your 4-year institution.
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION A.S.
This program is designed to be a transfer degree for business students. Though it is not accounting specific, if you plan on earning a 4-year degree in accounting, this is the recommended program to take at RVCC. The courses required are the same as they would be in the first two years of most business schools and generally transfer.
CPA EDUCATION REQUIREMENT CERTIFICATE
This certificate program is intended for students that already have undergraduate degrees to obtain enough accounting credits to qualify for CPA licensure as mandated by the NJ State Board of Accountancy.
